"My husband and I booked the hotel last minute. The hotel was beautiful. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and dinner, the bartender was very friendly. Breakfast had a variety of options and was very good. I would definitely recommend the hotel. "

"Lovely hotel with amazing helpful friendly staff. Special mention to Ida, who remembered my first name from last trip when checking in. Nice peaceful place to relax after work travel. All facilities on site, free parking and you can walk into the city centre in 5 minutes. Beautiful old building where there are some rooms and restaurant/bar area. Superb place to relax and unwind."

"We liked our stay overall. We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. So we showed up for our reservation and we were the only 3 people staying at the place. We were very confused about that. The place otherwise is very nice and could be a great venue for events too. I hope they do well. "Very close to train tracks and happened that my room is facing that side. Room temperature is too hot and no AC and the fan provided in the room is not enough. If you open the window for much needed cooler air, then it gets even louder for those incoming train. Room not clean and and previous occupant garbage still in the room. "

"The property was good. The only disappointment was there was no extra towels not enough toilet paper or any kind of shampoo and I booked it it said it was about 7 minutes from Copenhagen but it was 50km about 42 minutes. And it said breakfast included there was no breakfast. And no room service if you stay for 2 days "

"Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Automated check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was small for 3 people, but adequate and clean. Excellent proximity to suburban train. Easy access to groceries, ATM, and local restaurants. About 15 minute train ride to central Copenhagen. We had Copenhagen Cards so no added expense for the trains. Even my picky wife was satisfied! "I had one of the best experiences staying at hotel Mayfair, the service staff are highly attentive, kind and very professional. Without any mention from myself, my birthday was noted by simple look over my passport upon checkin and got a lovely birthday treat at reception. Only a 1 night and it’s enough to say I’ll be staying there every visit I am Copenhagen!"
