"Staying at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Tiberias was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the beautifully remodeled room, I was captivated by the attention to detail and the stunning view overlooking the boardwalk. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, situated in the heart of everything, yet offering a serene escape.
What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite. Every request or concern I had was swiftly addressed with a smile, making me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
I can confidently say that my time at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel was nothing short of five stars, and I eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay."
