"Two key things stand out-a gentleman team member offered to take our luggage cart downstairs for us instead of us doing it-great customer service; and apparently there was a medical emergency on our floor and at the same time my daughter had gone downstairs to as for something-the clerk was very professional and not flustered (and I would have been!). Also-the woman today working breakfast was obviously chosen for that role because she is very friendly!! "

Best Staff Ever

"The Hilton Garden in is THE place to stay if you are flying in to Akron Canton and visiting the surrounding area. It's location was perfect for our needs, but the best part was the staff. I will never remember everyone"s name, but Rachel, Dave, and Linda were particularly helpful, friendly, and kind. The shuttle service to be picked up at the airport was a lifesaver since our plane was delayed and we were unable to pick up our rental car until the next day. I will never forget how welcome and cared for we felt during our time at this particular Hilton. It all came down to the remarkable, friendly, staff and the security, comfort, and peace we experienced there. "
