"The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. "There was no front desk to help me with issues everything had to be done online I had to pull over twice while driving and even then there were problems Room was fine and access to the beach was terrific, just didn't like it that there was nobody on site to help me with problems and that you're on your own to find parking"
