I have been consistently staying at this property at the same time every year for the past 3 years and this is the first time it wasn't under construction so, I was happy about this because it allowed the parking lot to be fully accessible. Unfortunately, the cosmetics of the property on the inside doesn't match the outside that looks new...the hallways carpet needs to be replaced...looks like bleach has been spilled in front of all the doors and maintenance needs to be tweeked in the rooms...the best area was the dining area for breakfast...I give 4 stars because it was clean, well stocked, food was appealing and tasted good...I would have given 5 stars if the area was tidy up more after people waste items after getting their food and eating....overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating which made the stay comfortable for my visit...I will be back next year at the same time and hope that I can give them a 5 star rating.

There was crumbs and dirty socks underneath the bed from the last renters hair on the commode it’s a good thing that I bring Clorox wipes and Lysol spray with me if I didn’t have my 87 year old mother with I would have left I knew she was tired so I just cleaned the room myself

We stayed here due to attending event at the Epicenter. The location is super close, a 3 minute drive. The hotel itself is average. The carpets appeared to have bleach stains throughout the hall and directly in front of our room. The bathroom was dirty. The room had a smell almost like mildew but weird. The staff were polite but not real helpful. Parking is free and the area around felt safe enough. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The perk of the place was location for what we needed. Overall, mediocre.

FRONT DESK CAME TO RESET AND STILL DIDNT WORK FOR THE 5 DAYS I WAS THERE, I DIDNT WANT TO COMPLAIN AGAIN BECAUSE I HAD MY 3 KIDS AND THEY WERE IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA WITH THE AC SO THEY WERE OK. ROOM WAS GOOD, BUT RESTROOM NEED LOTS OF UPDATES.. ICE MACHINE BY OUR ROOM WAS NOT WORKING UNTIL LAST DAY WE WERE THERE. 03/03/25 SOME GIRL WITH SHORT HAIR WAS WORKING AT FRONT DESK AND WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. SHE WAS SAYING THE F WORK AND B WORD AT WHATEVER SHE WAS DOING, AND WAS NOT COOL BECAUSE I WAS IN THE BREAKFAST AREA WITH ALL MY 3 KIDS..
