"I don’t normally do reviews but I had to share my experience here. First, I booked and arrived in the same afternoon and everything was ready to go before I arrived. The place is beautiful and I liked having a pool to relax and cool off. I also had access to the beach below. I was blown away by the view of the ocean and the entire experience was so awesome I wanted to extend my stay but the next weeks were seemingly booked. "We had an amazing stay at the Jewel Grande. The staff were all amazing however id like to mention a couple that stood out. Upon arrival Vernon immediately made us feel welcome and assured us that we were " The Jewel of the Grande"... Gary was our favorite bar tender in the Lobby Bar always treating us like family. Shanna's huge heart and smile were both so welcoming. Entertainment work so hard and did amazing. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The hotel staff was friendly and very welcoming.I stayed in a king suite room#402 I was pleased with the room size and amenities. My only negative about this property is the shuttle service terminates to early. Management should revamp the hours of operation to include evening services beyound 5:30 PM"

"Close to the airport also close to the head strip. Location was well clean staff was friendly 24 hour security, automatic gates two bedroom, full kitchen, living room, backyard pool everything that you can need for your stay for wise Y and cable I highly recommend."

"Although we liked the proximity to the beach, it was a public beach. At night a group of people showed in their cars (around 8p) and decided to blare loud music till well after 3am in the morning. After notifying the staff (and I mean 1 security guard) nothing was done. Let's just say we had a horrible sleep that night. The pictures are accurate and place is clean but we won't be returning to this hotel in the future. "

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner. We did find someone off site that helped us get where we needed to be and was super kind. There were some loose animals on site that were nice but they did jump in the pool, wouldn’t get out and scratched my son’s back up pretty. Nothing bad against the resort, but they may want to address with others staying on site to secure their animals just in case. "
