"Nice Hotel, however cleaning needs to be improved. I put my towel on the floor to get it replaced as it was dirty. They did just fold it and put it back in the shelf so it looked as it was replaced however it was not. Disgusting. "

"Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks."

"Entirely satisfied with our stay at Servatur Waikiki. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very organised. The only thing I could say is that some of the communal areas could do with a bit of a make over but that did not affect our stay in any shale or form "

"Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "

"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! The staff were incredible and views were spectacular. It’s a lovely downhill walk to Amadores Beach which is sensational and walking enthusiasts will enjoy the uphill challenge back up however for those of you not fancying an uphill climb, a taxi rank is nearby and only costs €4-5 for the journey! "Walking holiday Camino de Santiago de Gran Canaria. This was second night of our walk it was an excellent place to stay and the Spa facilities were a treat for our tired legs. We ate a the bar cafe which served a good selection of food at a reasonable price. Great views from the room bar and spa"

A good base

" Very good food in the evenings and substantial breakfast. The staff were more than helpful. Would recommend parking by the church and using the rear entrance when you have the key. Dont rely on the village shop as the stock is very minimal. Overall a good place to tour the mountains."
