"Had an issue with shower waste pipe not draining. On notifying reception they immediately looked at and changed my room. Good work from staff!!!
Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable with easy parking. Nice close walking distance to CBD for restaurants/cafes/bars

"Good comms prior to arriving. A beautiful place (Room 16) with a spacious room, clean and modern with great kitchen and dining utensils. Excellent mobility parking and bathroom rails. Thank you. Excellent amenities. Wonderful Housekeeping staff, thank you.
The spa bath is a good size, but the jets need to be way stronger to have any ‘spa’ effect. It was my only disappointment but was the main reason for booking."
"Check in was a breeze I was met by a lovely lady who made me feel very welcome. I have stayed several times and every time has been great! The spa was just what I needed!"
"We were only there one night but found staff and room just lovely, the young girl in the bar was such a friendly and helpful person - it was all great!!"
