"It’s a nice hotel but they having a weird policy about the cleaning. If you want to have your room cleaned you have to tell the receptionist a day before, otherwise you have to clean yourself. It’s weird because that’s what you pay for to have a clean and fresh room everyday. Cleaning should be automatic like in every hotel. That is why you are booking a hotel not a hostel."

"This hotel has a beautiful view from the upper floors, so beautiful you might want to lie in bed and just watch the clouds and trees (we spent time doing just that!). The Murphy bunks are a great idea, and more hotels should jump on that idea. We missed having an electric kettle/coffee maker in the room, but we can see space is limited. Our stay would be a full 5 stars, but they were housing participants in a middle school football / soccer tournament being held around Falun. It seemed no adults...

"We spent one night here. The staff are very nice and helpful. The place is in good condition, looks modern and newly renovated. There were crumbs in one of our beds, which is very disturbing - seems the sheets were maybe not changed or someone was eating while making the bed? Not very sanitary. The breakfast is nice and what you would expect at a chain hotel. The dinner buffet was not edible. Plan to eat at a nearby restaurant for dinner. "

"Dejlig flot hytte (røde). Badeværelse med bruser, godt køkken og brugbar hytte. Pladsen har intet personale på stedet i weekenderne. Det besøges af mange andre udfra, som bruger pladsen som forlystelsespark. En havde medbragt sin løse pitbull, hvilket var noget utygt. "This hotel has a beautiful view from the upper floors, so beautiful you might want to lie in bed and just watch the clouds and trees (we spent time doing just that!). The Murphy bunks are a great idea, and more hotels should jump on that idea. We missed having an electric kettle/coffee maker in the room, but we can see space is limited. Our stay would be a full 5 stars, but they were housing participants in a middle school football / soccer tournament being held around Falun. It seemed no adults were helping the kids know about appropriate behavior when staying in a hotel. Really, this isn’t the fault of the hotel, so I should award them 5 stars simply for being so professional with these barely supervised young people. Excellent, superb breakfast. Many many stars for that. The staff were also superb. "
