What can I say…this place is amazing. The team who work at this hotel are fantastic and go above and beyond. My husband and I spent a couple of nights at this hotel, and our first impression was that it was much smaller than the photos suggested. Our room was located right next to the reception desk, making it quite noisy. The "rooftop bar" was also a bit of a letdown. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations via text for local restaurants and activities, which we appreciated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re not too particular about noise, amenities, or space, but if those factors are important to you, you might want to consider other options.

After a disappointing experience at a nearby hotel, we were in desperate need of a better place to stay. Fortunately, we found Sophie Terrace, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. This hotel not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every way. We arrived just five minutes after booking, and despite being ahead of check-in time, the staff warmly welcomed us and quickly prepared our room. Their professionalism and kindness set the tone for our entire stay. The room itself was immaculate, with modern furnishings and finishes that made it feel fresh and comfortable. The highlight for me was the wall-mounted AC unit—an absolute lifesaver during the scorching Roman summer, especially for someone like me who is accustomed to air conditioning. Throughout our stay, the staff remained consistently professional, friendly, and always eager to help. I can't recommend Sophie Terrace enough. It was a perfect haven in the heart of Rome!

This property has a rooftop terrace with a wonderful view of Rome. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The noise level was not bad considering that our room was on the ground level facing the street, but expect some street noise. This hotel is very conveniently located near the Rome Termini Train Station and close to many restaurants. Overall, we had a good stay.

We loved our stay at the Sophie Terrace. The staff was extra nice and the room was clean and confortable. It was our wedding anniversary and they had decorated the room, very nice thought! I recommand, but my only negative point is that I found it was a little far from all the touristic sites. 15 minutes walk is not that far but when you walk all day it’s a lot! Although It’s very very close to the train station which is convenient. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Friendly and cozy hotel
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is new to Roma. The rooms were very lovely and clean, and the main of this hotel are the very friendly reception staff. They informed us of the precautions of our trip to Roma and very kindly informed us of the tourist information around the area. There was no inconvenience at all during my stay here, and the location of the hotel is the best. Thank you guys.

Sophie's Terrace is a gem!
We stayed here on 15th April for 4 nights. The staff here are second to none. Flo, Gabriel, Abdul and Omar were all so kind and helpful. These guys are just amazing! Unlike a lot of people in Rome, there is no trickery here. They are so honest and give helpful advice to prevent you getting scammed while you venture around Rome. We stayed in 3 rooms on the ground floor. It was a little noisy at times but they provided ear plugs and said if the noise continued, they would help where they can. The rooms were clean and reception staff went out of their way to make sure we were looked after throughout our stay. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to have a quiet drink in the evening. We really appreciated all the service and genuine care that they provided. We will definitely be back!
