The concierge hosts were so kind and helpful. We loved our stay. Breakfast and coffee was a great start every day. We walked 11 miles a day seeing everything from Vatican City to Trevi and Piazza Novana.

The location was excellent, and the staff were even better. Whilst there isn't 24/7 on site presence, this was made clear beforehand. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good quality.

Everyone is so helpful and sweet, especially administrator Elisabetta who is so kind and nice, she helped us with everything: tickets, call to agencies etc. rooms are clean and breakfast is amazing and delicious. Both the property and staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the Rome area, the hotel itself was centrally located and walkable to all of Rome’s’ best and brightest tourist sites as well as off the beaten path areas.
