Stuff got stolen from my room, few sneakers, purse, 3 hats and perfume. Probably $1000 worth of property. The person who stole this must of had codes for the door, leading me to believe that it was someone who works there otherwise they would have stolen more expensive stuff like my laptop and drone. The owner didn’t wanna show us the videos since it was lots of cameras in the area, cops said they will review cameras but nothing happened. Owner was more worried about to protect themselves than to find the truth

I booked my stay at Nerva for the location, price and overall positive reviews. After booking, I read reviews from many different sites. I definitely got worried I had made a mistake booking this. I can say with confidence, this worry was for nothing. The location is excellent for walking to all the major landmarks. The train station is extremely close. A beautiful basilica just minutes away. Great dining options in walking distance, many "mini marts" to grab drinks and snacks. The room was cleaned daily very well. The staff was very kind and polite. We stayed in the triple room, so one queen bed, and one queen pull out couch. The pull out was ok (to be expected from a pull out couch) and the bed was very comfortable. There is key pad combinations to get into the building, into the hotel itself, and then lastly, into your room. I felt safe. The area surrounding the hotel also feels safe. I walked at night alone (32F) What you need to know before you go is that this is more of a "bed and breakfast" than hotel. There is a "public" kitchenette, that is well stocked with utensils, dishes, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There is a shelf in the fridge that is for guests. I left many things here and it was never taken. There is yogurt, juice, milk, light snacks always available, and fresh sandwiches are brought in every morning. My one complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear a lot from other rooms and outside. Otherwise, I had a great stay!

We booked a Suite with own Jacuzzi and it was exactly what we expected. The Suite was very big, with 2 rooms with 2 double beds, which were very comfortable. The staff very nice and friendly. They gave us for our son’s birthday a little surprise (that was unexpected). We would definitely recommend it!

Our room was really cute, comfortable and feels clean although the sink has a sewage smell but only when you are near it and it doesn't go in the bedroom. The sink was beautifully designed though. The building was old but the shower and flush has a good water pressure. No where to habg towels. There was a radiator but not enough space. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Only lacking place to put your things so have to place bags on the floor or inside the wardrobe. There were also some coffee and snacks which were very thoughtful. Hotel was like 15 mins or less to the colosseum and many restaurants and shops outside the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant and wonderful stay.

We like the hotel! Staff was very kind! Breakfast was not included but they offered to us free The room size was ok just need more furniture to place suitcases. Also they should have a safe on each room for customers.

It’s a much older building the waiting area is small. It’s a common area as well for guest. The staff were very nice and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable. The location was convenient walking distance from the train station and the colosseum. A lot of restaurants near by as well. Very secured will definitely go back again

Ideally situated, it is close to public transportation and easily walkable to many sites around Rome. There are ample dining selections in the area. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The location was relatively quiet, and we had no safety concerns when walking late at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and in the city. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience, at this hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer but I had initially only booked a two night stay. I will definitely comeback when in Rome again. The receptionist in the evening and morning were the nicest.
