We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The concierge was extremely welcoming and helpful every day, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The only drawback is the location—it’s a bit far from the city center and requires a 25–30 minute uphill walk back to the hotel, or alternatively, spending quite a bit on taxis and Ubers daily. If you prefer a quieter, less congested area and don’t mind the uphill walk or extra transport costs, this is a wonderful place to stay.

The best hotel experience we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. Seriously. They gave us a room on the highest floor with our own balcony. In which, we did not know we would get this when booking it. Total surprise. They also gave us a wine bottle for free. Loved the vibe and decoration of the room. We recently spent five nights at the nhow Hotel in Rome, staying in two Junior Suites—one with a balcony and one without. While the hotel presents a bold, modern design and generally courteous staff, our experience was marked by several comfort and service-related shortcomings that may affect the overall value for international travelers. Our five-night stay in two Junior Suites at nhow Rome offered contemporary design and genuinely helpful staff, but was offset by recurring issues—ranging from room maintenance and electrical faults to restrictive guest policies and limited dietary accommodations. With targeted improvements in upkeep, service flexibility, and more guest-centric amenities, the property has the potential to deliver a more aligned 4-star experience for international visitors to Rome. I would give the staff good rating for their service

Viaje Familiar, lugar seguro, fácil acceso con parqueo. Personal muy amable, buena limpieza, room service con horario extendido. El menú del restaurante muy reducido pero todo lo demás muy bien.
