The hotel was nice to stay in. It had breakfast buffet for $5 if it is not included in your hotel stay. Overall the staff knew English and Spanish. The only thing I did not like was that you could hear the neighbors as the walls were thin

Location could be convenient if you need a parking. good breakfast, good friendly staff and easy check in. I didn’t like the location, the surroundings- no vibe compared with hotels within the city. Poor dining around. The hotel is good for the price.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms had everything we needed. (Fair warning to British tourists - there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, but it is easily available at the request at the lobby seating area.) Breakfast was very generous and catered to all - omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. 30 mins easy walk to Colosseum, or quick ride in public transport. 20 mins walk from Termini (bus/train depo). We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay.

It’s so expensive for what does the hotel offer to you, the zone is not the most beautiful! But is near from the central Rome station. The rooms need to be remodeled, old furniture (specially the shower), looks in my particular opinion like a motel. But the service was so nice.

A little outside of the city but still walkable and conveniently close to roma termini train station so big plus there. The immediate area around the hotel is a bit lacking but staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean so would recommend and would stay here again!

My partner and I loved our stay at Hotel Villa San Lorenzo Maria. The room was very clean and a good size, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were exceptional; very friendly and gave great advice of local places to visit. I really enjoyed the location, however, it is good to note that it’s approximately 30 - 40 minutes on the trams and buses into the very centre of Rome, this does mean it’s a little quieter and a lot less tourists near the hotel.
