This was a hotel we booked near the airport as we came in late a night prior to diving to the Amalfi coast. It"s clean, though the place could use an update as it looks very worn. There is free parking, the breakfast was fine, basically the essentials are there. Staff were friendly and checking in and out was simple and efficient. I"d say it's absolutely fine for a layover night but wouldn't use it for a long vacation.

Very unique feel. Old timey. Some staffs English was better than others. Can be difficult to get a taxi into Rome/touristy parts especially depending on the time of day

The spirt and leisure facilities are outstanding, the rooms are in need of a significant update. More power sockets are essential, the air con needs upgrading and a bit of tlc wouldn’t go amis, but that said it was great value and I’d stay again

Hotel needs remodeling ASAP. Rooms are very outdated and the carpet in the room was very dirty also the bathroom had visible molds. Few power outages while stayed there also the AC was not very cold. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone save your money and stay elsewhere.

We booked this property to be able to spend a nice day at the pool, only to be told the pool was closed and we were not allowed to swim in it....despite seeing a water aerobics class on in it...WHY?.. The shower was awful couldn’t keep steady temperatures kept going hot/cold. The buffet breakfast was very disappointing not much to choose from and not very fresh. The hotel is really needing to be renovated and updated. The most positive thing I can say is that the staff were very helpful.

Close to the airport and affordable
Nice staff, great staff - helped with getting boarding passes when the guest network was down. Discount on food in house - nothing spectacular but again affordable. Room was comfortable parking was bit of a walk but not a problem

Nice location
Nice quiet hotel outside Rome. Car is recommended. Both Rome and the beach side are easy to reach by car and/or public traffic. Friendly staff, big rooms. Good breakfast. Enough opportunities for diner, inside and outside the hotel.

the Hotel is perfect for us as it is close to my family. It needs some tlc though, as it's getting old.. we suffered a bit of cold this time as temperatures in Rome were below the season average.

Fitness focused and a reasonable location to sites
I really enjoyed the access to the very nice fitness facility. I got a great workout swimming laps in the pool and an instructor led spinning class was a real challenge. Access to the Colliseum isn't too bad but not the easiest. The food was a really great value addition.
