Absolute „hidden“ gem in a very central location. Main sights are all walkable. The room was beautiful and extremly clean. We also liked the fact that you just receive a pin code and dont have to worry about keys and stuff. Riccardo was very polite and always responsive via Whatsapp. We really enjoyed our stay here and can fully recommend it.

I absolutely loved my stay at Firenze Boutique Rooms! The location is fantastic – very close to everything, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being so central, it was incredibly quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The atmosphere was simple and elegant, just what I needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely 2 night stay at Firenze Boutique Rooms. Spacious clean room. All facilities needed for a short stay. Host Riccardo was very helpful and accommodating. Close to Trevi fountain and metro stop. Great value.

This is a wonderful property which was within walking distance off all the major tourist sites. Short walk from the main railway station which for arrival and departure from the airport was a god send. The metro is also very close so your ability to travel around the city, for example getting to the Vatican was again a very short walk away. Overall we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation and we would highly recommend it.

Riccardo was an excellent host and the daily service staff are very helpful and well organized. The location is one of the best centralized inner city stays I've had in a major city when calculating cost, ease of access to major sites and travel from either train or airport. Very modern and clean rooms within a very beautiful and charming building. I stayed 10 days during the beginning of February and I had one of the best trips I've taken. I'm from the United States and very much recommend this property.

This boutique was sensational. Very clean very comfortable and quiet considering it is in central Rome. We stayed for 5 nights and could not have been happier. 10 minute walk to train station; 2 minute walk to the subway; easy walk to Trevi, colosseum, and Spanish steps. This is a boutique not a hotel you have to check yourself in and check your phone prior to arrival for access codes and directions. Recommend other travelers stop by the cafe by the entrance for WiFi and a cappuccino.

Great little place, super convenient for many sites at an affordable price. Love the ability to get in and out of the property without a key. The host responded extremely quickly to questions, was available all the time and sent checks throughout the day. Place was immaculately clean and stayed cool all the time- very necessary for Rome in July. The place is very quiet and the area felt very safe. The reasons I may consider a different property next time: - I am quite sensitive to light and I found at 6:15 (see photo), a lot of light came in and woke me up. I did not mind so much this trip, as I was getting up early and not going to bed late. I asked the host, but the slats on the shutters could not be closed further. Next time- I would bring an eye mask. - check out is pretty strict at 11am. Not a problem, but to leave luggage, you leave it in the lobby area unattended. Although there are cameras, if something goes missing, there is not a lot that can be done so I found I had to carry around my valuables on the last day (not a huge issue as I only had a couple of hours, but would have annoyed me for the whole day) - as someone with long, thick hair, I do not need to wash it everyday, so the overhead shower was not that great for me. There is a stick one also, although this was at a funny angle and the button would often pop out and the overhead shower would come on, soaking my hair. Again, not a huge issue (in fairness they provided shower caps).
