The location was excellent! Very close to restaurants and the Colosseum. The host responded to my queries promptly and was always gracious and polite. The instructions provided on how to get in the room was very easy to follow. We especially appreciate the email sent with suggestions of things to do, places to go to, and restaurants to try that are close to the property! We’ve tried some of them and we were delighted! The only downside is that our room wasn’t provided regular housekeeping. We were in the property five days and the bedsheets and towels were only replaced once. For people who are also used to hot breakfast, the property doesn’t provide one. We found out that Rome is pretty strict with this type of service when it comes to B&B properties. We don’t really mind since we wanted to try Italian food anyway, but just a heads up to those who want the convenience of hot breakfast. They did provide grab ‘n go pastries and had a coffee machine in the kitchen. There’s also a nice coffee shop downstairs, close to the property. Overall, our experience was great. I highly recommend the property to anyone!

We really enjoyed how close we were from the Colleseum and many other historical landmarks. The room was quaint but great for the 2 of us. Very clean, safe and quiet. Despite the language barrier, everyone we encountered were lovely. The only downside was the driver for the airport pickup being over 1 hour late, just a tab frustrating after a 12 hr flight.

Great place to stay while visiting Rome

10/10. This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Rome. Felize was great with communication and the space was exactly as advertised. We used local transportation from the airport and it was easy. When we arrived we were able to walk to the Colosseum (literally down the street) and then were able to travel all around the city on public transportation. After a long day of exploring we came back to a clean and cold room. There are lots of shops very near by for snacks, restaurants for food, gelato shops for an treat, and even a small grocery store to stock up on anything you might need. I would absolutely stay here again!

Feliz in Roma is an excellent location to see some of the most historical areas of Rome, you are literally minutes away from the Colosseo. Our host, Federico was so quick in responding and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations and some hidden gems not all tourists know about. Overall we enjoyed staying at the location for Feliz in Roma as it was away from the busy tourist section of Rome and was set up in a safe environment. We had good communication from the hosts and they left a honeymoon gift to us of prosecco and chocolates in the room to welcome us which was thoughtful. Our biggest concern was when we arrived we had multiple aspects of our bathroom and towels in the room not cleaned properly. When we reached out about it they were quick to provide a solution of getting new and clean towels which we appreciated them to accommodate. If you’re looking for a stay away from the busy tourist area but close enough to main sights of Rome this was a fun location!
