The location is great. Very central location super close to the Trevi fountain, stores, and restaurants. The staff is so lovely and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. The breakfast was a real treat!

Casa Modelli was better than we could even imagine. Perfect location, cleanliness was superb and morning breakfasts were amazing. Mariel and Karla were the best help with everything and were able to set us up with pickup and drop off to and from the FCO airport. I highly recommend Casa Modelli and have already shared the location with family and friends.

Highly Suggested. We are family of five , 2 adults and 3 kids. Best location , extremely clean. Kids friendly. Walking distance to all the shops and sightseeing. It’s located one min walk to fountain. Mariel Bacolores was our contact person at the Casa Modelli who was helping us with our needs as far as transportation and any other needs that we had. Mariel and Karla began communication shortly after we booked. This was great. We knew what to expect and helped us get there. We do recommend booking a car through them, (the location is tricky at first)…just one thing after travel we don’t have to arrange. Try and use WhatApp for ease to communicate. The room was large and comfortable. The old building was fun, with modern improvement for enjoyment. The breakfast were perfect. Overall, I recommend. Very convent location in historical Rome.

Great property in a really awesome location. Walk a few steps and the Trevi fountain was literally there! So many restaurants and shops to choose from. We thank all the staff, Karla was super sweet and greeted us as soon as we got there. She also provided recommendations and was so hospitable. Breakfast was fantastic as well. As for parking, it seems like it could be a bit of a hassle (narrow street) and Ubers won’t drop you off in exact location because of this so you will have to walk to get to the door. However, they do provide private transfers (separate fee) if you ask and they will help you book it. We hope to be back soon!

Great little spot, amazing location walkable to all. Rooms very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Beds good quality. Staff is super attentive and caring, and goes above and beyond. Our hosts were incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful from the minute we arrived! Daily breakfast on the terrace was delicious and plentiful. There is an elevator in the building, which was greatly appreciated by my 82 year old Mom! The location is central and easily walkable to everything. There are countless shops and restaurants a few steps from the front door, and the Trevi Fountain is right around the corner! There is a clean laundromat approximately 1 minute walk from the front door. We had an excellent experience at this property, and I would definitely rent again.

Awesome apartment near Trevi Fountain

This is a very nice apartment stay. The location is excellent, right around the corner from The Trevi Fountain. Close to many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again. The rooftop terrace alone is worth the stay!
