The room was small and the curtains and floor all had stains on them. The bedding also had red stains on the duvet cover. The room was very warm and the air con didn't seem to work. The bathroom fan would not switch off so that ran all night. There was no plug for the bath and the bath tap didn't work. Service in the restaurant was very slow on the first night and the fish was pretty horrible. Service was much quicker on the second night though and I just ordered chips but they were good!

This affordable hotel was a good choice for Rome. It is a good 15 minute walk to the metro but doable. The staff was helpful in directing us to local resources like a preflight covid test etc. I would stay here again.

Non Friendly Staff. Hot Water was not working at one point of time. Location is terrible and a very steep walk way to reach the hotel from the metro station, couldn't bear with a stroller and luggage.

Our experience is not pleasant. We booked for 2 days but on the first day after roaming around the city when we got back our safety deposit box inside our room will not open with the code we inputed. And so we called the reception & told us they will handle it the next day. They did open but how is it that the code we inputed cannot be open anymore? Is there a hocus pocus or an inside job? Because when they open it the arrangement is different & i lost $500 US?? For me this hotel sucks in terms of service, lost money, not good breakfast choices no teapots, iron & definitely not a 4 star hotel. Bad

This is a very poor standard for what is advertised as a “4Star hotel” hotel. I stayed 4 nights. No Tea/coffee facilities in the room/ not able to adjust room temperature, no iron or ironing board and no housekeeping available before 7am to bring you anything. Restaurant advertises breakfast to commence 7am but the staff arrive at 7am so breakfast doesn’t commence then. Breakfast buffet very limited and basic. No fresh fruit behind apples. No staff willing to do something for customers outside of what is there on display. EG getting a pot of tea is a mission and no top for the pot. Some staff speak some English but many do not. Housekeeping only made the bed. No other cleaning done in 4 days of my stay. Really needs to be described as a 3 star- at least then guests would know what to expect.
