There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come.
Also, the "breakfast" was only yogurt and pastries; cookies or croissant. We had to wait for the receptionist to come to request coffee, and had to ask for a second cup of coffee; no place to get coffee without her making it.
We had no information how to check-in. When we arrived, our taxi rang the bell on the gate and it was unlatched, but we had no instructions on where to go. The door to the desk was at the back of the building and up a flight of stairs. I finally went through a little gate at the back and knocked on the door there. A man came out and took me up the stairs to the check-in desk.
The bidet did not drain. The receptionist came in, in an impatient attitude, and pulled the plug for it.
