"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

"Had to change plans at the last minute due to a traffic diversion and booked this late after and arrived at the premises in the dark. Staff were accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. "After a days skiing my husband ran a bath, got in and pressed the button for bubbles. Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. "It was a nice experience, we had just one night, check in and check out online available, extra large bed and very comfortable, eco toothbrushand, toothpaste with a shaving kit included in the bathroom. Safe parking under hotel for extra cost. "

Disappointing overall

"I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe parking outside for our motorbikes. "
