"Room was excellent but hall carpet, on the way to room, made me want to run the other way. I believe (hope) this is a work in progress as the rest of the property was very nice. Only other complaint would be location as there were no options for eating other than the on-site restaurant and the food was substandard, at best. Of the six of us eating there, only one felt the meal was “decentl"

"We only needed an overnight there prior to returning to FCO. The staff was friendly checking in. A/C worked, room was clean, But there was an outlet on the wall that wasn't well attached. The bathroom is where they have an issue. The toilet clogged tp roll was almost 1/3, shower door did ot seal correctly ao water was all over the floor. Shower also has issues with shower control utton and mildew on walls and soap dispensers "

"Parking was fine ...beds were sagging and tired. Hot water was said to be fixed, but my shower in the morning was cool at best. The bedroom door lock would not let me in and the kitchen listed a breakfast was available, but was permanently closed. This hotel is way overpriced for their offerings"

"A basic hotel that is clean and comfortable. A really good place prior to and after cruising as the hotel shuttle to and from the cruise port is readily available and very reasonable in price. A big plus for us was the close proximity to a laundromat as we were between cruises."
