"Our stay at Simon’s guest house was wonderful. It has an elevator so our luggage for our cruise was no issue. The Owner Simon and his wife helped us down with our suitcases and were so sweet and hospitable. We flew in the day before our cruise and wanted to see Rome before we boarded the ship. Our 91 year old Mom was with us so the elevator was awesome"

"The location is not very far from the main attraction approx 4.5 miles and is not in a very good neighborhood, but the public transportation is unreliable and often takes an hour or more to and from the main attraction. Bus or Train may or may not have AC which is very hot most of the time. You can take this into consideration if the location is working for you or not. The place itself is safe and clean."

"I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex. "

"Overall good hotel, close to transportation. We were supposed to have free parking as part of our contract, but the “free” parking spots were very limited. As a result we had to pay for parking two nights out of the four nights we stayed. In addition we could not shower on our last morning because the water was cold and no hot water was available. "

"We liked this property. We were just staying one night on our travels. We had the recently renovated room which I think was the only one done so far. The room was small but lovely. Bathrrom was very nice. The hotel has renovations being done so I cannot comment on othe rooms. The breakfast was great and staff very pleasant."

Equipped with everything what needs for cooking, washing, day to day things Wifi available, nearby 24 hr supermarket.
