"Unfortunately my wife and I weren't quite prepared for this much of a farm stay. The outside smelled just like a fresh pile of cow poo was placed under your nose, and since our room windows were open, that smell stayed in the room for hours. It seems like multiple rooms share a shower and toilet, so people running around in towels and chatting with each other in the hall is normal. "It was very pleasant to stay at Hotel Filser and I would be happy to stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quiet and had everything I needed. If I may suggest one thing, it would be to improve the lighting in the room,especially in the bathroom which felt a bit dark for my liking. The highlight was the restaurant and the food. I was truly happy with my meals! The breakfast spread was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Hard to find but once there, location is wonderful for the mountain views, good for walking into town. Lots of local commercial amenities. One person elevator only! Underused facilities? (Whole spa set up in lower level not in use?) Good hotel a little off the beaten track for traveling couple but not really handicap accessible."

"A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."
