"We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at the Aperon apartments. There is reasonable space and very clean. The location is superb—5 minute walk to the central market where you can get everything you would ever want. My only suggestion is about lighting—in the living area by the sofa there is not light. It is therefore too dark for reading. There should be a lamp in that area. Check in and checkout was very easy. "

"Our group of 5 had a 15 hour lay-over in Copenhagen on our way home and this hotel worked great for a place to sleep in a location where we could also see a few quick things in the city. Easy access on the metro or train from the airport to Norreport station. "

The services team level of responsiveness and support are on par with international 5 star properties. "Det er et rigtig rigtig fint hotel vi følte os meget velkomne fra vi kom så vi gik vi havde en suite på 15. etage med udsigt over Tivoli selv der kører udrykningskøretøj hele døgnet rundt lige nede foran fyldte vi os overhovedet ikke generet som vi ellers har oplevet andre steder. Jeg vil gerne fremhæve sengene de var virkelig lækre og ligge i og rigtig god morgenmad."

"Bella Grande is definitely one of my favorite hotels! I love the elegant and classic atmosphere they create for the entire hotel! "Wonderful property to consider if you’re traveling to Copenhagen. The location is excellent. Within walking distance to Copenhagen central station and metro lines that makes commuting to the sights around the city easier. The property has terrific breakfast buffet. The food was great from the eggs, oatmeals, pastries, and fruits. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend this property. "

"Excellent staff. I was reacting to the room spray they used and they moved me to a different room without carpet and with a window that opens. Excellent full breakfast with many options. Love the ginger shots and the beautiful seed breads. Petit croissants and pastries were very tasty. "
