"Outstanding customer service, especially with the evening staff. "

"The room was very dated and in serious need of updating. Unfortunately, the towels had an unpleasant smell, as though they had been left sitting in the wash too long. The pull-out sofa slanted downward toward the head, making it uncomfortable, and the TV service was intermittent, frequently going to static or lagging, which made it frustrating to watch. I travel to Banff for work several times a year and have stayed in many accommodations there; this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had"

"Nice to have a soak in the hot tub after a hike at Johnston Canyon. Includes a breakfast, nice selection, the waffles could of be cooked more, we put them in the toaster to brown up. "
