"The room was really clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bartender in the lobby bar was super friendly and gave recommendations for the area. The front desk people were OK - some more friendly than others. The breakfast was just OK and not really worth $11 but it was convenient. The location was perfect with many restaurants and bars within walking distance at the Wilmington Riverfront. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Stayed over thanksgiving holiday, the hotel decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful!! Breakfast buffet was amazing! Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful and pool was clean. We stayed at this hotel because our usual one was booked. Best find ever! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. "

"Great studios and suites. Could do with having the wooden furniture and cabinets either touched up, or better still, replaced. You can tell that they’re old. Super comfortable beds! You have to request housekeeping services if you want it or they don’t seem to come on their own. Usually breakfast is quite good, with fresh fruit and do it yourself waffles. They have a happy hour Monday to Thursday with great beer and decent wine plus bar food. Overall a very good hotel if you don’t mind...

"Stayed for the Superbowl Parade. The hotel was excellent in service and cleanliness with a huge group of fans. They were efficient in serving grab and go breakfast efficiently and constantly cleaned the lobby. They managed parking and securing luggage for hundreds of guests. "This hotel is excellent The room was so clean. The check-in was smooth, beautiful clean. I highly recommend it. The only feedback that I would give to this hotel is to offer free coffee downstairs with flavored creamer. I understand that in the restaurant you have to pay for breakfast, which is fine, but to offer a free coffee with flavored creamer would be highly suggested. Not charging four dollars for a small cup of coffee that’s it wonderful stay"
