The pool area is beautiful and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger in the mornings. We used the free shuttle bus to Palmanova too which was great. "We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!"
"Hotel was fantastic, a short taxi ride or 30 min walk to the centre.
Breakfast was a wide range of options, although I probably wouldn’t do half board again as the evening meal menu was quite limited. Whilst the food was good, across 3 nights I had the same meal twice due to the reduced options for half board guests.
Pool area was great except the life guard was more interested in reserved beds than saving lives. I had put our towels out and then went to sit at the poolside lunch area and the lifeguard removed our towels because we hadn’t left any personal belongings in them. I could understand if we had reserved them and left the hotel but we were sat a few yards away in the eating area!
The back street mentioned in other reviews for noise, wasn’t too bad but there are a number of bars/clubs lining the back street so could be seasonal?
Although the maids were vacuuming outside the door every day pre 9am which I think is not acceptable when people are on holiday resting.
