"Love the location of this condo. The pool is nice and it is only about 10 -15 mins walk to the beach. Also, there is a sidewalk so you are not walking on the main road with cars and trucks and motorbikes. There is a small grocery store located at the front of the condo and it has everything including meat and vegetables and fruits. The only thing I would fault this place is the mattress. "Close to the beach ! Clean rooms and good service. Restaurant is good but choices are limited and expensive. Location is not ideal and we had to go to playa del coco for food. Couple of minor issues that did not bother us is they had water issues for like 30 mins and power went off in the middle of the night for like 10 mins."

"Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at this hotel. First night had to get the front desk to help me get rid of a HUGE spider & there were cockroaches in the hotel room. It hurt to shower because the pressure was so strong. The windows are bolted shut so it feels like you are a bit of a prisoner. Not the safest area.. I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews about playa Hermosa. I would recommend Taramindo and Flamingo "

"The only option available for us was a family style room. It was spacious in that there were two queen beds and a sitting area. Our patio was completely secluded due to the trees in front. The property itself is so beautifully landscaped. Your stress will melt away! The staff is friendly and accomodating. I asked for an iron and one was delivered promptly, though they weren't sure if there were any. It was away from the town area and anything you do away from there will cost a grip to get to....

"Nice gated place. Two apartments below, two above. We didn’t hear our neighbors, which was nice. Really close to the beach but you need to follow forest paths to get there faster. Lots of monkeys and iguanas around. Playa Hermosa is a much quieter beach town than many others, and we like it that way. The bigger hotel Villa de Sueno on the corner has good (though overpriced) food and music several nights a week. "

"its A very nice, with beautiful grounds, hotel. Somewhat dated in decor but clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was very good. It is on a Main Street so there was some road noise but overall quiet. "

"We loved our time in Costa Rica! Condovac La Costa has incredible views from the property. Javier Salas from Unique transfers and tours was incredible on site! The only thing that we didn't like was the food was almost the same everyday and the meats were tough. We ate out a lot."

"Overall nice property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept. This is a hilly property, but they offer a very responsive shuttle service. Our room in bldg 14 offered a phenomenal view of the bay. We stayed at this resort about seven years ago. Not much has changed and some of the areas of the property are worn. That said all employees try hard to ensure a memorable stay. We would consider returning in the future. "

"The patio is amazing!! Staff were awesome. And the hotel is at the end of the beach which I was told by the locals Is so much better because it's cleaner and the run off from the town is way on the other side. Quiet, clean, great service. Recommend. "
