For a city run on corrupt private healthcare, this building fell below expectation. The whole vibe was good for about 20 years ago. But I kept running into things that just made me feel like, this $230/night isn't worth it. The coffee machine in the room was old, there wasn't stir sticks, and the quality of the coffee and creamers etc. was 1 star hotel-esque. There was no water in the gym and I almost passed out (LOL). The pool was beautiful but the hot tub was quite dirty. There was no pen by my notepad in my room. I asked the concierge if there was anywhere to get food in the city past 10PM and they said no, but I had already found 2 places prior to asking her and they didn't offer to look for me. The person working valet parking was extremely kind and helpful however!

The guy at the desk said I had to give him another 75 dollars for a deposit, But my niece that checked in after me was not asked for any more money. He also was not very friendly. I loved the pool and hot tub area very nice on the top floor. We went to Chris Steak House in the motel. It took a half hour to get waited on. We got our food which was pretty good but the bartender which was also our server never checked to see how our food was. I then had dirty dishes sit in front of me for another half hour. For what our food cost you would think you would get better service. Not all the bartenders fault as he was busy making drinks and waiting on customers for food. He did however take time to visit with some customers. There were other employees doing nothing. Apparently they are understaffed! Will never go back there again!

Location to the Gonda building is unbeatable. Way over priced for the room.we had the Deluxe King and there was nothing deluxe about it. Plus they charged $25 plus tax for parking when if you don’t tell them you need parking and just use it as public parking, it’s free. TV had like 80 channels and literally only 6 or 7 of the local stations worked. All the rest would cut out after a second.

All the employees were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean. The reason for the 3 on the property was due to the water in the shower. Went hot to cold through out each shower without changing faucet. The thermostat did work well and froze so I had to sleep fully dress. I figured due to age of the building
