"Ivy and Eve Apartments is in a great location very close to the Southbank. However, our apartment had a number of issues on arrival; the balcony/terrace was flooded and there was no way to unblock it, the washing machine door would not shut so we couldn’t use it, and although the fridge lights and display were on the fridge and freezer were not chilling. "The best about Evolution Apartments - LOCATION! It is in walking distance from multiple attractions. The accommodation with a view to the river was outstanding! Not a big fan of carpeted halls and room - but it's not a deal breaker since the location is difficult to look past. "

"We often come to Ridge as it is an affordable comfy apartment that’s close to the city. However, it ain’t for the weak willed as walking from the city is a pain in summer. Our apartment was great. Aircon worked and the space was enough for two people. The only thing that needed fixing was the Stovetop light. It did not turn on so we left the bathroom door ajar for some light."

"I booked for Felix and must have booked a second later than someone on another platform. It was an innocent mistake where Jacky at the front desk offered me the same room at Charlotte where nothing was required on my part except turn up there. I turned up to Charlotte where Hailey and Arman made what could have made me agitated into a very comfortable transition to my room. "I have stayed twice and the first time was a year ago there was a general improvement all round I thought. However again the card system to open the door continues to be problematic. Fortunately late at night when I first arrived it was easy but several times to and from very light breakfast it was difficult. However the pressure in the shower was blissful."

The reception are welcoming and polite ; checking in was easy and similarly so was checking out. The only aspects of the room that felt lacking were; the Air Conditioner (an old unit, a bit finicky & temperamental but once it was working properly it did the job perfectly) secondly was the laundry- which just required some finer detailing work/finishing done to the closet doors. Both rather inconsequential to the overall stay but touches that would refine the Meritons excellence. "
