"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"A charming small town and a great staff, especially at dinner where our English and their French had difficulty, they were patient and helped us through the menu. Room was on the small side, but perfectly located and we loved it there. "

Also, its and elevator ride away for Parc Therme, which is a reservable day spa, go early afternoon for a great themed and unique water healing experience. The restaurant and food was very tasty, we just ate there. Quiet non-touristy mountain town. Quaint."

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"
