"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. "Lovely hotel. Staff at the desk were lovely and extremely helpful as we did get ants coming in and they resolved it straight away. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection. You would need a car to get around as the closest town was around a 50 minute walk. They have a large car park which was helpful. Great stay to experience Garda

"My wife and stay here for just under a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast was good for what we needed. The location is just a 5 min walk from the Lake front, and so is ideal as it quiet. "

"Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good with an excellent spread and good service. The hotel is literally about a 5 - 7 minute walk to the town centre of Bardolino was has plenty of places to eat and drink. You can also catch ferry's to other towns from the harbour and its quite reasonably priced as well. The hotel also has multiple swimming pools. We really enjoyed our stay here.."
