"The hotel staff is the best! Mart Topacio one of the restaurants manager is the hardest working person at the hotel keeping the staff happy and the customers fed with delicious food. I can say enough good about security staff Mike, Dennis and Derilo the k9 handeler. Best stay ever!!!"

"The best thing about this hotel is the service. All of the staff were amazing and accommodating. The only things I had a problem with were with the bathroom and the air con. Not sure if it was just my room but the water in the shower and sink drained a bit on the slower side, which forced me to lower the water pressure. The air con just felt okay during my stay, not as cool as I would've liked (using the lowest allowable temperature setting). "

"Condrad Manila is very convenient as far as shopping. It has a walkway that leads to Mall of Asia. I missed out on their breakfast but we will make sure that we partake on it on our next stay. "

"Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful. "
