"The team was exceptional. From start to finish, everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, present and definitely accomodating. The food options were plentiful, absolutely delicious, and the service team attentive. We took advantage of the Chinese New Year pre fixe menu for the 5 of us. We felt right at home throughout our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family. We will absolutely stay at this property again. "

"Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Their pool is under renovation but they go out of their way to arrange the use of the pool from another hotel. Only has 2 elevators so there could be a wait during busy hours. "

"The hotel location is walkable to many restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were friendly. For the rooms, the walls are thin and I could hear conversations and noises. I also had some issues with the sink which the drainage would go down very slowly. The WiFi was very good especially for the international calls and meetings I needed to take for work. Just needed to resign back on at times."
