"The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. "Nightmare! A sinking boat that is anchored in bay. Bilge pump kicks on every few minutes to pump the water out. It is disgusting! Wouldn’t take off shoes. 1st toilet full of pee, 2nd toilet full of poop and pee. This was because there was NO RUNNING WATER on the boat and this was because the battery that runs the water pump was dead. "Only stayed here for 1 night but wish it was longer. Had an upgraded room to a king suite & it was lovely. A lot of room, comfy bed and quiet area even being on the ground floor by the car park. Comp breakfast was the usual - eggs, sausages, cereal and muffins etc but was all good and no complaints. Shower & amenities were great within the room. Also managed to walk a few minutes to a few restaurants which was a bonus. "

Took an hour between multiple staff and a manager and two hotels.com reps before they finally gave me the room I paid for back in August. Hotels.com and the hotel itself didn't offer an apology or any kind of credit for the hastle they put me through."
