The staff was exceptional. From the minute you walk in you see beautiful people smiling at you . And we as Americans we know what that means to us . Front desk employees were excellent, especially Francisca . She went beyond her capacity to show us and others her skills of customer service. Thank you all for the great time we had at your wonderful hotel . Definitely w’ll be back on our next trip to Milan .

fantastic property. beautiful room. bernie the concierge was amazing. i loved that they had parking. great location. the restaurant was fantastic. the food was amazing and the service by Francesca was off the charts. i'd recommend this hotel . only issue in room was air conditioning kept shutting off.
