Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. The renovations to the building are well executed with old stonework and wood beam ceilings integrated into all the modern commodities. The location is excellent, close to the port for ferries to the islands as well as easy access to buses for Erice."

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort and even extended it by a night, without issue. The grounds are gorgeous and we especially loved the pool area. It was perfect for our little children, ages 2 and 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also excellent. It is in a good location to explore many beautiful sites like Erice, San Vito Lo Capo and Scopello. We hope to return in the future! "
