"The hotel staff are on strike. I was not impressed, not informed and very disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff and expedia regarding this check in. However the security guard on duty was very helpful and very easy to talk with so i would like to say a big thanks to him. As a union person myself to cross a picket line is not a good feeling because i can't relax knowing someone could potentially damage my vehicle or give my aunt, mother and myself who are all traveling together. When you book any hotel you pay for a room but you also pay for a service which in no way did we get. There is no one here, not even a desk clerk. So overall I'm very disappointed with the service and i would also be very disappointed without a refund. On very short notice i had no other options available. But once again to the security guard on duty i have to say thanks for his help, he definitely deserved the credit to why I'm here for the nite under the conditions i am dealt with."
