"I have to be honest, at first I was sad cause the property it’s older, the rooms, the common areas, they just got bought and the entire property it’s being renovated. The second day I was in love….. the people that work there were so friendly, polite and willing to help with whatever. We got to made friends with some of the staff too, recommended us the best restaurants in town, Bucerias and PV and I’m not taking about fancy upscale places I’m talking in town local food. The best food! Restaurant inside the resort are not that great food in not that season, but they do have to cater for a lot of different people coming from around the world so that’s understandable. The Wi-Fi is not the greatest but again it is a lot of people using it at the same time. The hotel is in the best area you can walk anywhere it is a safe area. We never had an issue and we were walking in town until 10/11 PM. "

The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout our stay exceeded all expectations. We also want to recognize the entertainment team, who kept the energy high and made every day fun with engaging activities and shows for all ages. Lastly, we are so grateful for the lifesavers at the pool. Their presence made us feel safe and relaxed as we enjoyed the beautiful pool areas. We’re already looking forward to coming back. "The property was beautiful. Staff were very kind from check-in until check out. One thing that was inconvenient was the towel situation. We booked a room for four people but were only given two towel sets, and had to ask the front desk for extra towels. Even after our room was cleaned we were still given only two towel sets, but the front desk was quick to action our requests."
