"I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed at Moroccan style room. Bed was very comfortable and we rested well after our flight from US. Staff is friendly and everyone went extra mile to make us feel like at home. Food, live performance, and sea view were amazing. It was a tiny problem at the check out, our luggage was checked back in vs being checked out. It was resolved relatively quick. "It’s quite a lovely hotel, rates are reasonable for Saint Tropez. Hotel service is unparalleled. The only downside is that it is not in the city centre nor do you have sea views. The hotel makes up for not being located in the city centre by offering free transport service between the hotel and city centre. "

"This was hands-down the most luxurious and well run hotel I have ever stayed in. Only 12 rooms. The building was exquisite and incredibly decorated. The outside space was hidden from public view noise. Non-hotel guest were not allowed into or onto the property until after 7 PM. The pool included beautiful lounge, chairs and canopied lounge beds. "The location and customer service were top notchbut the room was a bit small with the bathroom not feeling like a high end hotel. The water did not drain well and the tile tub was a bit uncomfortable to climb in and out of. The hotel is super pet friendly if that is your thing, but watching a dog get in and out of the pool made it uninviting for us. "This will be my second time visiting this property and it's my favourite place in the world. Cannot wait to go back already!!"

"We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better. "We had a lovely time at the Hermitage when our stay in La Napoule turned out to have no air conditioning during an extreme heat wave. We spent the last 3 nights in town at the Heritage, which is clean, peaceful, and well equipped with a nice pool, gym, restaurant and bar/lounge. There were several families staying and they all seemed very happy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the one dinner we had at the restaurant. Our room was lovely, with a small balcony and a very spacious bathroom, beautifully designed. Everything was up-to-date and top quality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."
