"I’m pretty sure they turn off the A/C at night. We thought ours broke at 1am. They came eventually to look at the thermostat and when we requested a new room they needed a second opinion. That guy who came in gave my husband attitude as he only saw me on the room and said that he wasn’t registered because his ID isn’t at the front desk.
