"Was a unique experience. No reception. No bar. No Dining Room. No on site parking. Communication was excellent with door code and security keys and mobile number in case of emergencies. The house was very welcoming with a Christmas tree and carols being played and as the house has a "no shoes" policy it would have been more convenient to have a dedicated area for changing footwear rather than the very tiny lobby area. "Checked in after looking for another hotel after leaving the hotel I had originally booked. This hotel was warm and comforting, the check in was a total breeze. Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were large and comfortable. Bar and other communal areas were clean and very cosy, loved the cosy nook with open fire effect fire. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."
