"The hotel was nice, the only upsetting part was when you’re coming down in the morning with your suitcase to leave you’d like to go to Starbucks to get a coffee, but the security people are told you’re not allowed to go past the line to go get a cup of coffee because it’s part of the casino and I think that’s really stupid. They should create a line That allows you to get coffee in the morning and it doesn’t affect the security line for your luggage."

"The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator was out, and I was on the second floor, but I didn't mind the walk. Unfortunately, I was near the stairs door and had to hear it slam shut many times. There was a door that was left open on the side of the building leading to the stairs, which is a security risk. The air in the hall and in the room smelled bad. This hotel is supposed to be smoke-free, but I'm pretty sure there was some smoking going on."
