"Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. "The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. The hotel is in a prime location: PortAventura and Ferrari Land adventure parks are just a 10-minute walk away, and Salou Beach is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families looking for a great value stay close to local attractions"
