"The hotel is at a good location and the new building is great besides the restaurant too is wonderful with great food and wonderful live music. The worry is if you get a regular room you will get a stale room with bed sheets and walls very stale. Pls only consider new building not the heritage (old wing) "

Staff helpful upon request. Nice air conditioning & clean white sheets although big stain on one of the pillows. Very high taxes that make the price exceptionally misleading upon booking. Almost 100%! Room had many thick dust & unwiped counter surfaces eg tea box lid, shower glass, cubbies for clothes. Windows & balcony...

"Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. Dining options in the restaraunt very good "

"The location isn't great for all the sites. There's better option. It's quiet and peaceful, that's a plus. The room wasn't cleaned that well, found hair in the shower and on the towels. The shower is below average. "

If you like or tolerate Indian grit, noise pollution and chaos, then this is the place. If you seek serenity and the calm of the Himalayas and the Ganges River, spend more money and look elsewhere. "Room service was pathetic. Did not even get drinking water after calling 6 times over half an hour. Poorly maintained rooms with lots of mosquitos. Unfresh blankets and towels, RO water filled in bisleri bottle given as mineral water! Random shampoo filled in bottles and given as natural shampoo."
