"Upon arrival the doors were locked and other customers were waiting to check-in...not exactly the way to run a hotel! We called two telephone numbers posted on the front door and finally received a response that someone was coming to open up. Wallpaper was peeling profusely off the walls in our assigned room and the metal work outside our widow was well rusted.
