"This is a unique place to stay with old world charm and beautiful views. The room was small but big enough to have a bed area, table seating, small kitchen and couch. Shared patio and living room area are available. One misfortune is I am allergic to some scent r detergents and the one used here was particularly irritating. Even with that I would stay again!"

"First time in Alsace, very impressed. The room is right in the centre of a beautiful town, lots of bars, restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely hike from the town up to St Ulrich Chateaux. Plenty of parking in nearby sidestreets overnight, but limited during the day. Wonderful breakfast, the lady who served us each day was very friendly and hospitable. A unique place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily stay again. "

"Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation. "

"Having the restaurant closed and the hotel locked when we arrived at 6:30 pm was a bit of a pain. We couldn’t get an answer from the number on the door and were about to leave and find another hotel when I found another number in my email that got a response. The place was fine otherwise."

"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"C était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel. Si le premier s était fort bien déroulé il y a 2 ans ce ne fut pas le cas de celui-ci. L hôtel est de + en + vétuste, la literie est un véritable trampoline, les toilettes sont collées au mur ne laissant pas de place aux jambes. Spots du plafond cassés, poubelle de chambre non vidée, piscine sale pleine de sable ( un petit contrôle de l Ars ne serait pas du luxe), plus de chaussons fournis pour le spa sous prétexte de mesure eco-responsable alors qu'il...

"Situated at the banks of the Fecht, this property offers larger units for families. Amenities include restaurant, parking spaces, breakfast option, pool & spa service, tour bookings, e-bike rental, trampoline, washing machines, complete array of vending machines. Service at front desk was professional, proximity to the scenic town of Ingersheim and many good bike trails (town, forest, farm acreage, Alsace wine route). "The hotel was impeccably clean and the quality of our accommodation (room, bathroom, separate WC) was very good and well fitted out. The restaurant offered a choice of set menus and a la carte and we noticed that there was a good childrens' menu. Our food was excellent and beautifully presented. Drinks were reasonably priced and there was an extensive wine list. The continental breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful and very attentive. I plan to stay at this hotel again....

"Unfortunately the bathroom needed a shower screen or curtain over the bath. There was no soap etc, not good after Covid. There was no bottled water in the room. The bed was very hard. However, the hotel has a lovely ambience, unchanged for many years of our visiting. "
