"Perfect location for train travel pre or post stay, right next to Piccadilly station or the tram/free bus stop to Victoria station. Lovely lobby area, and staff were all very friendly! There was a cigarette butt in the room I had at the the corner, but easily missed as hidden under the thick curtains. Didn't impact it my stay, and staff did offer to move me if I wanted when I reported to them without hesitation. Great service!"

"Staff were very friendly...I arrived very early & they were still able to check me in, which was beyond Wonderful. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water...yes, the room was quite small, but it worked for me. Tram stop for St. Peter's was directly in front of hotel and there were usually taxis parked across the street. Unlikely that I will return to Manchester, but I would definitely stay here again if I ever do."

"I had a 4 night stay here for business, on arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded to a suite and offered a complimentary drink on arrival. The room was perfect, spacious and very confortable. Electric black our blinds and dimable lights in an industrial style room. I cannot fault any part of the room. I'll definitely be staying again. "
