"Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. "This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. "We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."
